A great warranty lets you enjoy your comfort with confidence. Bryant builds trusted reliability into every product then provides additional peace of mind with excellent warranty protection. 10-year standard parts limited warranty must be registered within 90 days of installation through Bryant.
Refrigeration (R410A) flows in and out thru refrigeration lines to a coil attached to the furnace, to give you that nice comfortable temperature you’re trying to achieve.
AC Units typically last 15 to 20 years with yearly maintenance. The more you maintain your AC Unit with an annual maintenance your equipment will last 20 years.
Depending on which your furnace is rated for would determine which stage AC Unit we can install in your home. If you have a single stage furnace we can only install a single-stage AC Unit. If you have a multi-stage furnace then we can install a multi-stage AC Unit, which will save you energy costs over time. You will utilize low stage most of the time to keep you at that comfortable temperature.
Tonnage is how we size your equipment specifically to your home. If your ductwork can support bigger tonnage then what you currently have then we can install a higher tonnage, but it doesn’t take as many Btu’s in cooling to remove that heat.
