Easy to program

With the ability to program up to four settings per day, the weekly timer allows users to personalize on/off times and temperature settings. Delivering heating and cooling when it is needed most, this feature provides custom comfort with energy savings.

Intelligent eye technology

The Daikin brand LV units are equipped with an intelligent eye feature that detects movement and automatically changes to an energy saving mode when movement is not detected for over 20 minutes. Normal operation resumes once movement is detected, ensuring a comfortable experience and offering savings up to 20% in cooling and up to 30% in heating, compared to units without movement detection.

Air purification for comfortable breathing

Includes a washable, mold-resistant air filter as a standard, this pre-filter has a safe, colorless and odorless coating, which helps inhibit mold growth. The filter may be easily cleaned with a vacuum cleaner and cool water, providing cleaner air in a reusable, user-friendly device.

No, Daikin Produces multi-zone units from 2-zone to 5- Zone units. All multi-zone units always must start with at least 2 indoor head units and then would have the capability to add additional head units in the future depending on the zone capability of the outdoor unit.

Yes, on single zone systems they make systems that range from 9,000 BTUs to 36,000 BTU’s. On multi-zone systems they make head units from 7,000 BTUs to 24,000 BTU’s. The combinations of these head units depend on the BTU’s and number of the zone capability of the outdoor unit.

Yes, each unit has a removable and washable filter.

We always suggest that you have some sort of back-up heating as mini split cannot always supply the home with enough BTUs to keep the home comfortable on the very cold winter days.
